Express Shuttle, Terms and Conditions w.e.f Jan 2022

              This page contains Express Shuttle's terms and conditions which apply to all reservations

made by phone, fax, email, text or any other communication method .

Prices mentioned on our website are in NZ$ . In shared ride, we make sure there are no more than 2 pickups or drops off on the way.  However, you can book the shuttle exclusively or privately, at exclusive fare mentioned in the drop down box in booking form.

Prices Includes Free transportation of one hand bag and one suitcase each adult, Excess baggage, if any, will be charged extra each as below. Surfboard @$10 each, Push bike @10, Golf bag@ $5, Pram@ $5, small chilly bin $5 or Any oversize/ excess baggage extra.Please inform at the time of booking.

Airport pick up prices includes meet and greet at airport, one of our drivers would meet you in arrival hall with your name sign or as mentioned in booking confirmation mail. Payments are accepted in cash (if agreed on booking) by bank Transfer ( at least 2 days before Pick up) or by credit card Master card or VISA (with 4% surcharge) .All non cash transactions will incur $4.00 Extra  (or 4%, whichever is higher).

  All pickups and drop off between  23.00Hrs  and 6.00AM may be charged $15 extra.

  Soiling or rubbishing the shuttle bus in any way incurs $100 charge

  No unaccompanied children under 13 years of age.

  No dangerous goods are allowed aboard our shuttles

  No smoking or drinking aboard buses at all times.

  Loss or damage of items through theft or negligence are not the responsibility of Express Shuttle

  Express Shuttle will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our  control.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise.With that in mind, Express Shuttle has a very simple cancellation policy. In case of airport transfers, Just give us 48 hours notice (or as mentioned on booking confirmation) prior to your  pickup time and we will give you a full refund (exclude the Admin fee, transaction fees or charges as mentioned in the booking confirmation ). Express Shuttle will not refund payment if cancelled with less than 48 hours  prior to pickup time or  in the event of a no-show. ( means you did not arrive or informed ), However, you can utilize the paid amount within next six months by informing about the changes at least 48 hrs prior to pickup.

Express Shuttle makes no warranties or representations of any kind concerning the accuracy,suitability or safety of the in formations contained on this website or any linked site for any purpose. All such in formations are provided "as is " and with specifications disclaimer of any warranties of merchant ability , fitness for a particular  purpose , Title or Non infringement.

  Express Shuttle  makes no Warranties or representation of any kind that the services provided by this site or any linked site will be uninterrupted, error free or that the site or the server host the site are free from viruses or other form of harmful computer code.

In no event shall  Express Shuttle, Their employees , agents or any one else who has been involved in creation, production or delivery of these pages, be liable for  any direct incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of this website or any link site.
